When you submit our Quote or Contact forms, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, project location, and any project details, dimensions, or file names you enter.

This website does not currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party advertising scripts. We don't collect browsing behaviour, device fingerprints, or IP-based location data.

The Quote and Contact forms on this site do not transmit your information to a server or database. Submitting a form opens your own email client with a pre-filled message addressed to us — the information only leaves your device once you personally choose to send that email.

Reference files you select in the Quote form are not uploaded automatically; only the file names are included in the pre-filled email, as a reminder to attach them yourself before sending.

Information you send us by email is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule a site visit, or deliver a project you've engaged us for.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors or suppliers only where necessary to deliver a project you've instructed us on, such as a crane subcontractor for an erection job.

Enquiry and project correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the business relationship, warranty period, and any applicable legal or tax record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or archived securely.

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

CVs and application materials sent to our careers address are used solely for recruitment purposes and are retained only for the duration of the relevant hiring process, unless you consent to us holding your details for future openings.
