What This Service Covers

Our cutting floor combines CNC plasma profiling for structural-thickness plate with fine-tolerance laser cutting for sheet components, so a single job can move from a 20 mm structural bracket to a 2 mm enclosure panel without changing suppliers.

Press-brake bending is programmed from your CAD file or a physical template, with tooling selected to hold bend radius and avoid surface cracking on coated or stainless material.

Nesting software optimises sheet layout to reduce material waste on production runs, and we can supply flat-pattern development for folded parts before cutting begins.
