Roofing & Steel Structures

Complete steel roof structures — portal frames, trusses, purlins, and sheeting rails — fabricated and supplied ready for cladding, including agricultural and industrial spans.

[OVW]Overview

What This Service Covers

We fabricate complete roof structure packages: portal frames, roof trusses, purlins, girts, and bracing, sized for your span, wind load, and roof sheeting profile.

For agricultural and industrial buildings we routinely supply clear-span structures up to 30 m without internal columns, engineered for regional wind and snow loading where applicable.

Structures are supplied piece-marked with an erection drawing, and we coordinate directly with roof sheeting and cladding installers to keep purlin spacing and fixing points aligned to the sheeting profile.

Use Cases
  • Agricultural sheds & implement stores
  • Industrial and warehouse roof structures
  • Grain storage and processing facility roofs
  • Carports, canopies, and loading bay covers
  • Roof structure replacement & upgrades
