Welding Services

MIG, TIG, Stick, and flux-core welding across mild steel, stainless, and aluminium — performed by coded welders under WPS control with full inspection records.

[OVW]Overview

What This Service Covers

Our welding bays run qualified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) for every material and joint type we produce, executed by welders holding current AWS and SANS coded certification.

We handle everything from single structural butt welds through to complex multi-pass pressure-vessel-grade joints, plus site welding for erection and repair work where shop transport isn't practical.

Non-destructive testing — visual, dye penetrant, magnetic particle, and ultrasonic — is available in-house or through accredited third-party inspectors for projects requiring certified weld records.

Use Cases
  • Structural connection welding
  • Stainless steel food-grade fabrication
  • Aluminium fabrication for transport & marine
  • Pressure-rated pipe and vessel welding
  • On-site repair and modification welding

How We Deliver This

Every job runs through the same sequence — nothing skipped to hit a date.

01

WPS Selection

Joint type, material, and thickness matched to a qualified welding procedure.

02

Fit-Up

Parts clamped, jigged, or tack-welded to hold root gap and alignment tolerance.

03

Welding

MIG / TIG / Stick / flux-core execution by coded welders to the specified WPS.

04

In-Process Checks

Interpass temperature and visual checks logged during multi-pass welds.

05

NDT & Sign-off

Visual, DPI, MPI, or UT inspection as specified, with certificates issued.
