The Spec
The design called for a floating-appearance steel staircase with minimal visible support and a stainless balustrade finish that had to match an imported handrail sample exactly.
Our Approach
We fabricated a concealed central-stringer staircase structure engineered to hide its load path, and sourced and finished 316 stainless to match the sample sheen through a matched brushing process trialled on offcuts before final fabrication.
The Result
The staircase passed structural sign-off with a visually minimal support structure, and the stainless finish was approved on first sample submission.
