The mezzanine had to be installed inside an operating warehouse without halting the client's logistics operations, and tie into an existing structure not originally designed for the additional load.
Our Approach
We surveyed the existing structure's load capacity, reinforced key connection points, and scheduled installation into two weekend work windows to avoid disrupting weekday operations.
The Result
The mezzanine was completed across two weekends with no disruption to weekday warehouse operations, adding 480 m² of usable floor space.
