RCTSHUMAFABRICATION

Structural Steel Fabrication

Full-cycle fabrication of columns, beams, trusses, and connections from approved shop drawings — cut, drilled, welded, and coded ready for site erection.

[OVW]Overview

What This Service Covers

We fabricate primary and secondary structural steel for warehouses, mezzanines, industrial platforms, and multi-storey frames. Every member is produced from IDC- or engineer-approved shop drawings, with full material traceability from mill certificate to finished piece mark.

Our shop runs CNC beam lines, plasma profiling, and certified welding bays side by side, so a column line can be cut, coped, drilled, welded, and painted without leaving the building. Piece-marking and bundling follow your erection sequence, not just production convenience.

For projects requiring engineer sign-off, we support connection design, bolt-group calculations, and camber requirements, and we issue dimensional reports and NDT records on request.

Use Cases
  • Warehouse & distribution centre portal frames
  • Mezzanine and platform structures
  • Multi-storey commercial steel frames
  • Pipe racks and industrial support structures
  • Grain silo and agri-processing support steel

[FAQ]Questions

Structural Steel — Frequently Asked

Both. If you supply engineer-approved shop drawings we fabricate directly from them. If you only have structural IFC drawings, our detailing team can produce shop drawings and connection designs for engineer sign-off before we cut steel.
