The Spec
Installation had to be completed inside a 96-hour planned plant shutdown window, with no allowance for delay once the plant was offline.

Our Approach
We pre-assembled gantry sections into the largest modules transportable to site, sequenced crane picks down to the hour, and ran two shifts through the shutdown window to keep erection on schedule.

The Result
The gantry was installed and handed back inside the shutdown window with four hours of contingency remaining, and the plant restarted on schedule.
